These terms cover your use of willpear.com and the waitlist. The WillPear app will have its own terms, which you will see and accept when you create an account.

The waitlist

• Joining is free and does not commit you to anything. You will not be charged.
• We will email you when WillPear opens. We cannot promise a launch date.
• Plans, prices and features shown on this site describe what we intend to offer. They may change before launch. Prices will be confirmed before you pay anything.
• You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing willpear@vldventures.com.

Using this site

Please do not misuse the site: no automated sign-ups, no attempts to break or overload it, and no signing up other people without their permission. We may remove sign-ups that break these rules.

Content and trademarks

The text, design, the WillPear name and the pear-and-quill mark belong to Viet Lam Duc, operating as VLD Ventures. You may link to this site and quote short parts with credit.

Liability

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Slovakia, without taking away the protection your own country's consumer laws give you.
