Billing questions
- What counts as a capture?
- Each source you save is one capture: a video, an article, a file, a photo, some text or a voice memo. For long audio and video, every full hour after the first counts as one more capture.
- What happens when I reach a limit?
- Nothing you saved is touched. You can still open, read and export everything. New captures or questions wait for next month, or you can move to Pro.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Pro runs until the end of the period you paid for, and then your account moves to Free. You keep all your notes.
- Do prices include VAT?
- Yes. The price you see is the price you pay.
- Where do I pay?
- On the web, by card. On iPhone, through your Apple account. One Pro plan works on both.
